Arielle is a fully certified Stott Pilates instructor and has 10 years of practical experience. Arielle continues to build upon evidence based research to design workouts that combine pilates, functional movement patterns, yoga, balance and strengthening for all physical abilities. Arielle’s movement method supports people who are seeking strength, mobility, and to be free of aches and pains. Arielle’s method enhances proprioception, neruomuscular connection, range of motion, core activation, balance and overall physical and mental strength.
Movement sessions with Arielle are tailored to the unique goals and areas of growth for each client. Arielle has worked with clients of all abilities, ranging from pre and post natal to marathon runners and tennis pros. Arielle is certified in the Stott Pilates course for Injuries and Special Populations, and can adapt exercises and movement patterns to meet the needs of every individual; from osteopenia and osteoporosis to hip replacements.

Arielle teaches you how to connect with your body so that when you go to do the things that you love, whether it is a sport, hobby, or playing on the floor with your grandchildren, you will have the tools and strength you need to experience your activities pain free.
Arielle has taken professional development courses to enhance her understanding and programming for clients who are in their childbearing months. Arielle has curated exercise programs that strengthen and focus on the abdominals and pelvic floor muscles before, during, and after child bearing months. This class emphasizes a lot of lower body challenging movements and prepares clients for the physical demands of pregnancy and the postpartum phase.
There is a special energy exchange when you train with friends or in a small group. Keeping the class size to 4 or 5 people allows for enough individual attention to make sure you are engaging the right muscles throughout the class.

Arielle is an Ontario Certified Teacher and has designed educational Pilates programs for children and teens. These programs focus on understanding one's body and spatial awareness while integrating mindfulness, communication skills, imagination, literacy and more! These programs are great for camp, school and special events.
